The completely redesigned 2001 Honda Gold Wing offers a powerful new fuel injected 1832cc six-cylinder engine that exceeds stringent 2008 California Air Resources Board (CARB) emission standards years ahead of time. The all-new Gold Wing produces 118 horsepower and 125 lb./ft. of torque from the biggest engine available in a mass-produced motorcycle.

Long regarded as the gold standard for touring bikes, the Gold Wing continues to raise the bar for performance, technology and environmental friendliness. Honda is also applying similar low-emission technologies to current and future motorcycles, scooters and ATVs.

Without compromising superior performance, the 2001 Honda Gold Wing motorcycle offers an innovative engine that surpasses CARB's rigorous 2008 emission standard.
